I am the KTH head Endurance Coach and have been coaching for 17 years, I am passionate about endurance running and the athletes I coach with help from John Cairns who are prepared to work hard, and are able to train consistently will achieve success. Athletes we have coached have represented the club & their County winning medals at County/ Regional & National level competition.

Many of the athletes we coach have gone on to participate at English Schools in Track & Field which is the highest level of competition for school age children, many making finals and winning medals. We have also coached athlete who have enjoyed success on the International stage on both Track & Cross Country.

We coach Middle & Long distance from 400m to 10k on track, Road running 3k to HM, and Cross Country, and we work with all athletes of all abilities from 8 to Vet 55 +. We have 2 weekly session based at our track (Tue/ Thur) and we also offer weekend sessions to athletes who wish to improve/ progress to the next level. I also run a S&C class for invited athletes.

Successful athletes are the ones who work hard, consistently.

Run Leader

Trudi Pike

Trudi has been a run leader at KTH for several years & currently takes road running groups usually around 5 miles in distance, although has also been involved in C2 5K groups & improvers running groups. Has competed for the club on the road, as part of cross country teams & on the track. Trudi is a qualified track judge & has officiated at many events, & is also a qualified VI guide runner.
