Andrew Clawson: Road Running Coach As a level 1 coach for the KTH road runners, Andrew plans many of the clubs training programmes. Joining the Harriers in 2002 Andrew has progressed to becoming one of the stronger road runners at the club. He is a keen cross country runner and you will often see him pounding the local footpaths and bridleways in all weather. Andrew is also the KTH membership secretary. |

Shane Smith: Endurance Coach Shane has been a coach at KTH since 2006 and is a Level 2 endurance coach. Recent successes of note include Numerous County Champions & Medallists/ Midland Counties Champion & Medallists/ UK Cross Champion/ participation in English Schools Finals and representation in international competition, for both track and cross country. |

Matthew Peleszok: Decathlon Coach Matthew is a level three throws and level two jumps coach with over 10 yrs experience of coaching behind him. Matthew learnt the art of coaching whilst training at City of Stoke AC where he competed internationally in the Decathlon and 400m. Matthew is also Northants Schools Multi Events team manager and still competes for Kettering Town Harriers. |
