In memory of Amanda Marlow 1968-2022

It is with extreme sadness that we report Amanda Marlow’s passing.

Amanda had a lifelong affiliation with Kettering Town Harriers, starting in the Middle Distance Squad as a teenager and coached by life President Ted Barton, she progressed into a senior and then veteran athlete competing with distinction over many disciplines on Track, Road & Cross Country.

Amanda was also a hugely successful coach and held the post of head coach to the U11’s for many years helping numerous youngsters on their athletics journey, as well as performing many roles for Kettering Town Harriers both as an official and also serving on the committee.

Her positive impact on the lives of so many young athletes cannot be overstated and more than that she was a total inspiration to the whole club all throughout her time at KTH.
