Following the disappointment of the cancellation of last week’s County Schools Championships, there was good news for 22 of the KTH Middle distance squad, with their selection for the Inter-Counties Anglian Trophy at Grantham on 2nd February. Selection was based on the results from the District championships, and other races ran this season.
18 of the squad (U17W x2 teams, U15B U15G & U13G x1 team) are also competing this weekend at the Midland Counties Championships at Stafford, with tricky conditions guaranteed, and we wish them the best of Luck.
There was however disappointment for one of the squad, Edward Cannell, who unfortunately slipped over in the slippery conditions on his way to school and fractured his foot, Edward will be out for 6 weeks, and all from the club would like to wish him a speedy recovery.
