Dylan perfect in north mids xc league

Dylan Bowley bounced back from a recent bout of chicken pox to win the North Midlands League Cross Country Championship in style by taking victory in the final round at Wollaton Park in Nottingham.

Dylan continued his outstanding form with a 5 second victory in the shorter than quoted 2km course in 3:46 to keep his 100% record of 4 victories from 4 races, and he convincingly won the championship with 4 points with his nearest rival Lucca Wilson-Quilter runner up with 14 points. Dylan now steps up in age group with the county schools XC Championships at Croyland park on 18th January where he will be running against U13 boys where there should be sterner competition.

Joining Dylan will be 30+ of the middle distance squad now entering a spell of 3 races in consecutive weeks and all hoping to qualify for the next round, the Anglian Trophy, being held in Northmaptonshires Abington Park on Feb 01st which will decide the Northants squad for English Schools.
