Matt Fowler led Kettering Town Harriers to third place in the team event in the Nene Valley 10, with the team just missing out on second place.
Following his fine performance in cross country racing a week earlier, finishing as veteran men's champion in the Northamptonshire County Cross Country Championships, Matt showed he was also good on the roads, breaking the magical 1 hour for the 10 mile race. Also running for Kettering was Ady King, followed by Rob Brownlee and Tom Briggs. Also running was Amanda Marlow.
