Under 11 KTH athletes Grace Linnett and Tabatha Walford have both had a fantastic season on the track, winning titles (Tabatha won 5 County golds) and breaking club records with remarkable regularity. They have both broken the 80m record this season so it was bound to be a good race when they came head-to-head over the distance at the Peterborough City Games.
In a superb display of sprinting the pair raced away from the field and both recorded times that not only beat all the boys but also broke the club record again. Grace (11.84) got the verdict over Tabatha (11.89) by the narrowest of margins.
