KTH Member Plays Part in National Title

Northamptonshire Inter Boys Combined Events team became double England Champions amazingly winning back the title they won two years earlier. This is the first time the same group of athletes have come double national champions. Bradley Fox was part of the team that competed against all the other counties in England the team won by over 1000 points which is one of the highest winning margins of the recent years. The team made up of four athletes from across the county each athlete set a personal best score, with Kieran Russ finishing in 3rd place, Sam Meyler in 7th place, Bradley Fox in 24th and Matt Clarke in 30th place. All of these athletes came through two qualifying rounds to have the opportunity to compete on the national stage.

Bradley's results were Long Jump 5.97, Discus 24.13, Javelin 28.52, 400m 55.70, 100mH 15.14, High Jump 1.71, Shot Putt 11.65 and 1500m 5:24.74.

This is the culmination of a season which has seen Bradley train and compete as hard as ever and has made his coach/ family and friends remarkably proud of him.
