Please note that the Middle Distance Group will not be training at the track this Tuesday (16/7) due to the Northants County 3km champs being held at the Corby AC open meeting.
Athletes are requested to either attend the open meeting and enter a race (800m or 3k) or train from home as there will be no coaches available.
