"The PRIMARY GROUP winter training will be THURSDAYS ONLY from 3rd November 2011 from 7.00pm to 8.15pm at the Track.
There are two special sessions on Tuesday November 15th and Tuesday December 6th for race walking.
There will be no training on Thursday 29th December due to Christmas, but training will be back on Thursday 5th January 2012."
