Ady King had a fine run on a wet and windy 10 mile course, 3 and half laps around Rockingham speedway. He finished in 10th place overall in a time of 1.02.26 and earned a silver County medal for the 10 mile County Championships.
After his marathon the weekend before, Ross Brown completed in 1.09.37 in 46th position and was thrilled to receive his first County medal, taking the bronze for the M40+ category.
Kerry Munn also showed brilliant form following Frankfurt marathon, taking the trophy for first in the over 50 age group, finishing in 1.12.58 and 5th lady.
Another County medal was earned by Trudi Pike who took Gold, for the over 40 category, finishing outside her best in a time of 1.16.01 and 8th lady overall.
Jackie King ran a superb personal best time of 1.22.41 and was 6th in her age group.
