Through Government cuts, it has meant all School Sport Partnerships across the Country now face the end to their funding. School Sports Partnerships have revolutionised PE and School Sport. Through the work Kettering School Sports Partnership has greatly increased the number of participants, competitors, aspiring coaches and young leaders. In the spending review the government have decided not to continue the funding for School Sport Partnerships. This will have a devastating effect on the opportunities available to our young people through school sport and in the wider community! Kettering SSP has run the primary Sportshall athletics and town sports events for the last 6 years as well as helping organise and run all the secondary athletics fixtures.
