Francesca Ashworth helped King’s College London to their first team Gold for 7 years in the London College League XC series, only the second time they have won in the last 17 years. Fran consistently finished as 2nd KCL runner throughout the 5 race series for her University, and also finished a fine 6th place overall in the Women's individual competition.
Fran now looks forward to the track season with the London Colleges Athletics Series & BUCS outdoor championships between March and May her main early season priority!
