Please contact Shane Smith ([email protected]) or Matt Brown ([email protected]) to pledge your xx km’s towards the 1347km distance we aim to cover (That’s 3368 laps of our track), and remember all are welcome to participate, Athletes/ Coaches past & present & any family & friends can all help towards this challenging goal.

What do we need to do?

Basically we aim to start proceedings at Midday on Sat 01st Aug, and run through the night for 24 hours. You can turn up at any time, as many times as you wish during the 24hours to complete your laps. KTH have a block booking between these times so NO members of the general public will be allowed on the track, and after 9pm on the Saturday there will be a lock in for a number of the middle distance squad athletes who will be going through the night, anyone who wishes to run laps after this time will need to contact me Shane Smith on 07885241110 or Matt Brown on 07853 048735 to gain access….you are welcome to run at any time.
A master sheet to log all the laps you complete will be kept and all we would ask you to do is to complete with your name, Time started/ Time finished & number of laps completed, ideally in km denominations below: A running total will be kept and regular updates given on the Website/ Social media links.

1 km = 2.5 laps
2km = 5 laps
3km = 7.5 lap
5km = 12.5 laps
10km = 25 laps
20km = 50 laps
1 lap = 0.4km
