Bruce's Marathon effort!

Bruce Whitehead who has been receiving coaching advise from fellow Harrier and developing coach Natash Martin, has been the fruits of his changes in training (including regular track sessions) with a series of spectacular performances, the latest of which saw him set the V60 UK number 1 time for the Marathon.

After a productive block of marathon training, which included PB’s and national age group rankings over 10k and Half Marathon, KTH road runner Bruce Whitehead ran an impressive race at the Enervit Peterborough Marathon on Sunday. With less than perfect weather conditions for endurance running and a final four miles that were challenging underfoot, Bruce finished in an impressive; 3:00:32, taking 1st place Male V60 in the race.

Bruce Whitehead 3:00:32 marathon clocking ranks him UK No1 V60

This strong performance currently ranks Bruce as UK number 1 MV60 over Marathon in addition to UK 1st and 2nd MV60 rankings over 10K and Half Marathon respectively.

Brilliant Running Bruce!
