I hereby give notice of a Special General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 9th December 2014 in the Ernest Bayfield Pavilion, Thurston Drive, Kettering at 8.30pm.
The purpose of this Special General Meeting is to:
(a) Dissolve the current Committee
(b) Elect a new Committee, including Honorary Officers
In accordance with the Constitution and Rules the Committee may consist of twenty two elected members, 17 years of age and over, to include the Honorary Officers as detailed below.
• Honorary Secretary
• Honorary Treasurer
• The Honorary Auditor
• Membership and Subscriptions Secretary
• Coaching Co-ordinator
• Fixtures Secretary
• Volunteer Co-ordinator
• Facilities Officer
• Welfare Officers (2) (CPOs')
• Club Captain
• Athletes Representative
Please note that the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Committee will be elected at the first Committee Meeting following this SGM. No other business will be allowed at this meeting.
In addition the following posts need to be allocated:
Team Manager - Men
Team Manager - Women
Team Manager - Juniors
Team Manager - Veterans

[email protected]) as soon as possible .Please note that nominationson the night may only be accepted at the discretion of the Chairman.
The entitlement to vote is by Honorary Members and fully paid up members 15 years of age or over on the day, one parent/guardian per member under 15 years of age.
